Go to the app and create an account. Enter the name of your grandparent and choose a family password. You'll share this password with the rest of your family.
Send the family password to your siblings, cousins, and anyone who visits. They log in with the same password and instantly see the planner.
Click on a day in the calendar to plan a visit. Everyone can see who is visiting when, so grandma or grandpa is never alone too long — and no one shows up at the same time.
